Luxury on the River
This project of nine homes on Louisville’s beautiful riverfront combines luxury and convenience with a river view. Developed, designed and built by Karzen Langan Burrus, Waterglen is located on River Road between Lime Kiln Lane and Blankenbaker Lane in one of the city’s most prestigious and historic residential areas. The location is close to downtown Louisville, but has a relaxed feel.
All of the houses are built with the same palette of exterior materials – stone and cedar shake siding. All feature either large covered porches or private walled courtyards. The homes feature all of the finest interior amenities and exquisite detailing people have come to expect in a Karzen Langan Burrus home. |
